If you or someone you know is having trouble paying for heat during the winter season, the Office of Energy and Planning Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) may be able to provide some relief.
A statewide network of community-based connections for elders, adults with disabilities and their families.
100% of your donation to the Warm Homes fuel fund goes to your neighbor in need. All administration costs and labor are provided by Londonderry citizens like you.
All donations used to buy fuel for Londonderry residents.
With the need to conserve, many Londonderry citizens could create dangerous situations in their homes. Running the house too cold, bringing in propane heaters or a grill, without proper ventilation carbon monoxide poising will be the result. These are real possibilities facing our neighbors.

This year the cost of heating our homes could lead some of our neighbors to have to make some difficult choices. Warm Homes, a program established in conjunction with the Londonderry Comforts organization is a fuel fund to help residents of Londonderry. This fund will be used solely for the purpose of assisting citizens with raising heating cost. With the predictions that heating you home will cost 30% to 40% more than last year, many in Londonderry are concerned. It is frightening to think that fixed and moderate income families might have to make the decision between food and fuel or might possibly be forced to lose their lives because they cannot afford to heat their home.
The Warm Home Program wants to help as many Londonderry residents as possible. This program is just a small way the community can assistance our elderly, a family that suffers an illness, a professional losing their job, or a single mom or dad that needs a little extra help.
The program is not intended to heat anyone's family home for the entire winter. We will make one maximum delivery of 150 gallons of home heating fuel or a comparison of gas and electric. The amount of families assisted in Londonderry will be determined by the generosity of our friends and neighbors. The monies in this account will be paid directly to the provider. Please support this program.

If you are interested in the project for your town, we would be happy to share our experience with you. For further information on how the program is run click Warm Homes New Hampshire. We would be happy to help!
